Intacare now a member of All.Can
Intacare has partnered with the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust Chelsea Research Centre, an affiliate of Cancer Research UK and the UK Medical Research Council.
Intacare is currently aggregating and analysing 10-years of multiple questionnaire PROMs data collected from men receiving brachytherapy for prostate cancer.
Intacare’s CEO, Matt Hickey says:
“Using our advanced data analysis and predictalytics suite (Intacare Predictive Insight Engine (PIE)) we will work with The Trials unit to analyse data from patients being treated for urological cancer to determine a condensed, highly diagnostic and predictive mini-PROM suite suitable for telemedicine deployment. This will streamline the collection of PROMs and improve the diagnostic and predictive value of PROMs data. Ultimately, this work will provide additional clinician decision support to improve outcomes of men with this condition”.
Dr Vincent Khoo, Consultant in Clinical Oncology at the Royal Marsden says:
“To be able to assess and monitor patient risk, predict future events and proactively engage with patients is invaluable in ensuring patient care remains personalised and optimal. The system is intuitive and high adaptable, making its use in both trials and in daily practice very applicable. We at CTUUC are excited to be working with Intacare.”
